Research Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting research initiatives in a fully remote capacity, the part-time Research Data Analyst will manage data throughout its lifecycle, including collection, validation, analysis, and reporting, while contributing to benchmarking resources for Jewish day schools.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity
• Prepare tables, charts, and reports, producing actionable insights for research and evaluation activities
• Collaborate on research projects and coordinate data collection activities with internal staff and partner schools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in research, data analysis, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least two years of experience in research, benchmarking, surveys, or data analysis
• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables and data cleaning
• Experience preparing reports and descriptive analyses
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
