Research Data Coordinator I
Job Summary
Responsible for managing data for multiple research projects, the full-time remote Research Data Coordinator I will review and synthesize information from medical records to extract data as specified by research protocols while collaborating with study coordinators and monitors.
Key responsibilities
- Review and synthesize information from medical records, including clinic notes and pathology reports, to extract relevant trial data
- Collaborate with study coordinators and monitors to ensure data is captured accurately according to study protocols
- Enter and report data into study database systems under moderate supervision from management and Principal Investigators
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience in data processing techniques or relevant software
- An AA/AS degree may be accepted in lieu of experience
- Familiarity with automated data processing and database software programs
- Experience in a research or clinical setting is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
