Research Data Coordinator II

Job Summary

Autonomously reviewing and synthesizing medical records, the full-time remote Research Data Coordinator II will extract trial data for multiple research projects, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and good clinical practices while collaborating with study coordinators and monitors.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and synthesize data from various medical records as per research protocols
• Ensure data compliance with federal regulations and good clinical practices
• Assist less-experienced team members and present findings in department meetings

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with three years of data management experience, or an AA/AS degree plus one year of clinical or research data management
• Experience with automated data processing and database software programs
• Ability to interpret medical records and maintain confidentiality of subject data
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with healthcare professionals
• Experience in an oncology research setting is preferred
