Research Data Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Sarcoma Oncology clinical research program, the full-time Research Data Specialist will manage data collection, database organization, and quality assurance review of patient clinical data while working remotely with occasional on-campus requirements in New England.

Key responsibilities

• Reviewing and abstracting medical records for research patients and entering clinical data into the database
• Ensuring timely data entry and assisting research teams with the development and implementation of Case Report Forms
• Collaborating with principal investigators and staff to maintain data quality and support clinical program documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of experience as a Dana-Farber Associate Research Data Specialist
• Preferred experience of 0-1 years in a medical, scientific research, or technology-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively
