Research Development Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Research & Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit platforms, physician workflows, and applications to maximize efficiency and product performance
• Identify high volume, manual, recurring processes ripe for automation using tools such as rules, robotic process automation (RPA), and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Rapidly prototype ideas, approaches, and methods and communicate findings to team leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of healthcare industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics/Biostatistics, Software Engineering, Physics, Informatics, or Public Health from a strong academic program
• Analytics experience in one or more of the following languages (SQL, Python, SAS, R)
• Programming experience, including understanding concepts in data structures, rational databases, algorithms
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts including but not limited to linear algebra, advanced calculus, partial differential equations, and statistics, including Bayesian approaches
