Research Development Manager

Job Summary

Owning the operational side of the research program, the full-time Research Development Manager will manage research contract requests, develop sponsor relationships, and drive revenue growth in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming research contract requests, including feasibility review, pricing, and legal vetting
• Coordinate with site leaders and research teams to ensure compliance with protocol requirements
• Develop and pursue a pipeline of prospective sponsor relationships while leading pricing conversations for new contracts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-6 years of experience in clinical research, CRO operations, or a related healthcare role
• Proven ability to develop and manage external relationships
• Working knowledge of clinical trials and research contract structures
• Experience with billing or revenue cycle in a clinical setting is a plus
