Job Summary

Leading complex custom research engagements, the full-time Research Director will serve as a senior strategic partner to clients while overseeing research design and team development in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders and lead strategic conversations around business objectives
• Design and oversee complex custom research projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and actionable recommendations
• Drive efficiency and profitability across engagements while mentoring and developing research talent within the team

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in custom market research design and analysis
• Deep experience leading complex, strategic projects across qualitative, quantitative, and advanced analytics
• Proven ability to consult with senior stakeholders and shape business strategy
• Strong leadership experience in managing and developing research talent
• Highly strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
