Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Engineer - RL Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable RL training infrastructure and optimize performance across large GPU clusters
• Contribute to open-source libraries for distributed RL training and publish research at top-tier venues
• Stay current with advances in RL systems and identify opportunities to enhance the platform

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in ML engineering with hands-on experience in RL or large model training pipelines
• Deep expertise in distributed training techniques and frameworks
• Experience with RL-specific infrastructure and online/async training loops
• Solid understanding of MLOps best practices
• Passion for advancing open, scalable RL infrastructure
