Research Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Research Engineer will leverage expertise in iOS and mobile security to develop testing tools, reverse-engineer applications, and enhance existing security solutions while collaborating with the R&D team.

Key responsibilities:

• Build tools for testing apps on both stock and jailbroken iOS devices
• Reverse-engineer apps to identify jailbreak detection techniques and analyze data for security vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with the R&D team to upgrade existing offerings and develop new mobile security solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and C/C++
• Experience with reverse engineering, particularly iOS apps and ARM CPUs
• Familiarity with writing and using Frida scripts
• Strong understanding of mobile security techniques and fundamentals
