Research Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on the development and transition of innovative technologies, the full-time remote Research Engineer II will design and implement features for 3D computer vision and machine learning systems, while collaborating with a talented team to enhance model performance and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and document new features for 3D computer vision and machine learning-based systems
• Develop algorithms for 3D reconstruction, optimization, and rendering using advanced techniques
• Conduct experiments to improve model performance, scalability, and accuracy, and assist in deploying models on AWS

Required qualifications

• BSc/MSc/PhD in Computer Vision, Computer Science, or related fields
• Solid knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision principles
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with experience in implementing complex neural networks
• Experience training, deploying, and running models with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex challenges
