Research Engineer

Job Summary

To build post-training environments for voice and text agents, the full-time Research Engineer will manage synthetic data pipelines, run training experiments, and ensure model evaluations for production deployment in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build environments and verifiers for model training
• Own the synthetic data pipeline from generation to quality assurance
• Run end-to-end training experiments and analyze model performance

Required qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Experience in carrying a model from raw data to production
• Familiarity with GPU usage and limitations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
• Understanding of data coverage, diversity, and leakage issues
