Research Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Research Finance Analyst will facilitate departmental reviews to assess operational impacts, coordinate monthly accounting and reporting for research services, and ensure compliance with billing protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Review clinical research protocols for financial and operational impacts, providing pricing for required items and services
• Approve coverage analysis for billable items and services, ensuring accurate budgets and compliance with billing plans
• Track and invoice for non-patient accounts receivable research services and manage outstanding accounts as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business (required)
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare finance or revenue cycle operations (required)
• 3 or more years of experience in clinical research (preferred)
• Medical terminology and coding education (preferred)
• Equivalent work experience may be acceptable
