Research Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Research Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of Research Finance Analysts
• Oversee financial transactions related to sponsored projects and ensure compliance with regulations
• Identify training needs and lead educational meetings for staff involved in research finance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Research Finance/Grants Administration
• A minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Knowledge of State, Federal, and Non-Federal sponsored programs' regulations
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
