Job Summary

Research Financial Analyst provides full-time financial support for managing Sponsored Programs Administration activities, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting, in a fully remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial activities related to Sponsored Programs Administration, including budget analyses and financial statements
  • Assist in award setup, invoicing, and accounts receivable management to ensure accurate billing and timely payments
  • Compile financial information and prepare reports for internal review and leadership meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of related work experience in research finance or grant management
  • Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office
  • Preferred experience in accounting or financial operations
  • Familiarity with sponsored programs and Lawson application is advantageous
