Job Summary

Transforming research into impactful narratives, the full-time salaried Research Impact Director will shape education policy and product design while fostering partnerships and executing dissemination strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the translation of research into actionable insights that influence education policy and enhance Edmentum's brand
• Forge high-impact partnerships with internal teams and external organizations to amplify research influence
• Design and implement an enterprise impact measurement framework, defining KPIs to showcase research reach

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., or equivalent) in education, social sciences, public policy, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in research, policy, or impact roles within education or a related sector
• Recognized thought leader with a publication record and experience in academic or policy bodies
• Proven ability to influence executives and drive cross-functional alignment without formal authority
• Familiarity with efficacy research, psychometrics, and education policy
