Research Integrity Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Integrity Lead for their Facilities team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the peer review process for WRI-branded publications and data products, ensuring they meet research standards
• Provide support and guidance to staff in conducting high-quality research and integrating research into program planning and implementation
• Foster a culture of excellence in research and design efficient and effective review processes

Required Qualifications:

• M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant social or natural sciences discipline
• 12+ years of relevant research experience, with at least 2+ years overseeing junior researchers
• Demonstrated knowledge of research methods and experience publishing in peer-reviewed venues
• Ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback to diverse research teams
• Fluent in oral and written English, additional language skills are a plus
