Research Interventionalist
Job Summary
To enhance community engagement and support research recruitment, the part-time flex Research Interventionalist will develop partnerships with Chinese, Japanese, and Korean organizations, implement culturally relevant recruitment strategies, and ensure compliance with research protocols while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations to support research recruitment efforts
- Implement and evaluate culturally appropriate recruitment campaigns and translate study materials into relevant languages
- Monitor community engagement activities and provide data-informed recommendations to the research team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology or a related scientific field is required
- 5-7 years of relevant nursing or research experience preferred
- Ability to communicate complex research concepts to interdisciplinary teams
- Strong written skills for preparing reports and documentation
- Master's Degree in Biology or a related scientific field is preferred
