Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Research Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex project and program support offerings for emergent research services
• Review and advise on research design while maintaining client communications and project updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes, workflows, and product features

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or customer-facing roles, ideally in research or design
• 1+ years of people management experience
• Experience across all phases of research, including qualitative and quantitative methods
• Strong understanding of digital research tools
• Proven ability to mentor and support team members
