Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Research Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex project and program support offerings for emergent research services
• Review and advise on research design to ensure successful project execution
• Own client communications to understand objectives, project needs, and provide updates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or customer-facing roles in research or related fields
• 1+ years of people management experience
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Understanding of digital research tools and all phases of research
• A passion for research and understanding complex behavioral problems
