Research Lead

Job Summary

To support strategic growth, the full-time salaried Research Lead will manage independent research initiatives, develop case studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent efficacy studies and serve as the primary liaison for research organizations
• Research and maintain case studies that highlight customer outcomes and translate findings into accessible summaries
• Develop state profiles and support strategic initiatives by gathering evidence and conducting environmental scans

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree required; PhD or Ed.D preferred in Education, Educational Research, or related fields
• Experience coordinating research or evaluation projects
• Understanding of literacy research and the Science of Reading
• Experience using AI to support research and workflow efficiency
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
