Research Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Manager for the Golub Capital Social Impact Lab.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage research programs, including stakeholder outreach and resource allocation
• Create and maintain project management systems to ensure research team progress
• Source, analyze data, and write/edit content for proposals and publications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience managing a budget and developing financial plans for positions with financial responsibilities
• Preferred graduate degree in a related scientific field with extensive experience
• Substantial experience with MS Office and analytical programs such as Python and R
• Ability to direct the work of others and relevant subject matter knowledge
