Job Summary

Leading a team of innovative security researchers, the full-time Research Manager will drive the evolution of an identity security platform by translating research findings into production-ready systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team in identifying emerging identity attack vectors and developing detection methodologies
• Design and implement advanced analytics for threat detection and optimize entitlement graph systems
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship while presenting research findings at industry conferences

Required qualifications

• Engineering background with experience in developing and maintaining production security systems
• Strong Python programming skills with experience in large-scale data processing
• Knowledge of adversarial tactics and corresponding defensive strategies
• Experience leading high-level individual contributors
• Familiarity with machine learning applications in cybersecurity
