Job Summary
Leading a small research team, the full-time remote Manager II, Research will manage high-priority research projects, coach team members in research methodologies, and establish an operating model to enhance the visibility and impact of research across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop the research team by setting expectations, coaching on research craft, and prioritizing work aligned with business goals
- Personally lead high-impact research initiatives, translating complex business questions into actionable research plans and insights
- Champion customer understanding across the organization by making customer evidence accessible and promoting research literacy among teams
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in user research, product research, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading research teams or cross-functional contributors
- Strong command of research methodologies including qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods
- Proven ability to synthesize research findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Experience in building and promoting a culture of research within an organization
