Research Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, run, and deliver custom research projects for B2C and B2B clients
• Manage a team of Researchers, providing support, guidance, and fostering growth
• Collaborate with product leaders to create and deliver research products, and assist in sales and training efforts

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in market research
• Strong understanding and experience in primary research across various methods and sectors
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including client contact, survey design, and report writing
• Proficiency in MS Office, IT, and basic statistics
• Experience in people management, coaching, and mentoring
