Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Manager, University Recruiting Syndicated Research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead research studies from concept through final deliverable, including framing research questions and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
  • Design and execute research approaches, including qualitative interviews and surveys, to explore emerging questions in early career recruiting
  • Develop research deliverables, such as reports and toolkits, that translate findings into clear narratives and frameworks for members
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in market research or consulting, preferably in HR or talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple research projects while maintaining organization and analytical rigor
  • Experience designing and executing research studies using qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Strong qualitative research skills, including conducting interviews and analyzing complex information
  • Ability to synthesize quantitative data with qualitative insights to develop well-supported conclusions
