Research Mentor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Mentor to support high-achieving students in developing and completing original research projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor students through the full research process, from topic selection to final deliverables
• Guide students in developing research questions aligned with their academic and career goals
• Provide structured feedback on research plans and collaborate with Writing Advisors

Required Qualifications

• MD and/or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., medicine, biomedical sciences, psychology)
• Demonstrated experience conducting academic, clinical, or applied research
• Strong background in research design, data analysis, and writing
• Experience mentoring students or junior researchers
• A passion for mentorship and student development
