Research Mentor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Mentor to support high-achieving pre-med students in research projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor undergraduate students through the full research process, from topic selection to final deliverables
• Guide students in developing feasible, high-quality research questions aligned with their academic and career goals
• Provide structured feedback on research plans, data interpretation, and written research drafts

Required Qualifications

• MD and/or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., medicine, biomedical sciences, psychology, public health)
• Demonstrated experience conducting academic or clinical research
• Strong background in research design, data analysis, and academic writing
• Experience mentoring students or trainees
• A passion for mentorship and student development
