Job Summary
To support the BIOS division in the School of Medicine, the full-time Research Navigator, Grants and Consults will manage clinical research consultations and grant production activities, ensuring high-quality study design and regulatory alignment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the protocol optimization process, including project planning and resource allocation
- Lead consultation activities and coordinate multidisciplinary expert panels to address investigator needs
- Analyze consultation data to generate reports that inform leadership decision-making and improve program performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Five years of experience in clinical research within an academic, government, or pharmaceutical environment
- Knowledge of clinical research regulations and grant submission processes
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Ability to develop and maintain workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
