Research Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of research recruitment operations, the full-time Research Operations Program Manager will manage relationships with panel vendors, oversee order fulfillment, and enhance operational processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with panel vendors, assessing performance and prioritizing orders
• Onboard new panel vendors and ensure quality through due diligence
• Monitor order progress, troubleshoot fulfillment challenges, and improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, research operations, UX research, or market research
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with project strategy and implementation
• Strong collaboration skills to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to present recommendations clearly to both technical and executive audiences
• High-energy team player with a track record of building collaborative relationships
