A company is looking for a Research Operations Program Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers to understand participant populations and manage recruitment for research studies
• Act as program lead for the Healthier Futures Index and maintain the centralized Knowledge Center for research studies
• Develop and document standard processes for participant research databases and ensure compliance with legal and operational standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in design or human-computer interaction preferred
• 7+ years in research operations or program management, preferably in a Fortune 500 environment
• Experience in building and scaling research processes and maintaining participant databases
• 8+ years in digital product design for web and mobile platforms
• Proficiency with tools for participant management and screening
