Research Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center, the full-time salaried Investigator Initiated Trial Research Operations Project Manager will manage operational planning, study start-up coordination, and cross-functional project management for research studies in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide advanced administrative support for research projects, focusing on operational planning and execution
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and consistency in study conduct across multiple sites
• Track and report study progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
• Demonstrated experience in fostering a respectful and professional environment
• Advanced proficiency in data entry and word processing, with strong analytical skills
• 2 or more years of research administration and/or oncology experience preferred
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications within 2 years, such as SOCRA or ACRP certification
