Research Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Operations Specialist to manage the operational aspects of quantitative surveys.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the handoff of surveys from Customer Teams to Panel Operations, ensuring all specifications are accurate and complete
• Prepare studies for fielding by updating CRM databases and coordinating launch details
• Collaborate with internal teams throughout the fielding lifecycle to provide updates and address any data quality concerns

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in project management or field operations within market research preferred
• Hands-on experience supporting the fielding phase of online quantitative research studies
• Proven ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly, with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, math/statistics, social sciences, or a related field is a plus, but not required
