Research Product Manager

Job Summary

To lead research and product definition for emerging AP Intelligence capabilities, the full-time salaried Research Product Manager will transform broad questions into structured hypotheses and experiments, utilizing data and customer insights to inform product decisions, and will work both onsite in New York and remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead research into ambiguous product questions and design evaluation methods for emerging capabilities
• Translate research findings into clear product concepts and collaborate with engineering teams to develop scalable solutions
• Engage with prospective customers to assess workflows and determine the value of AP Intelligence products

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in product management, data products, or applied research
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured questions and product recommendations
• Strong technical fluency with data analysis tools and familiarity with AI systems and information retrieval
• Experience in developing benchmarks and evaluation frameworks for product capabilities
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across diverse teams and presenting complex ideas
