Research Program Manager

Job Summary

To support multiple Research Project Teams, the full-time remote Research Program Manager will manage project timelines, facilitate meetings, and ensure alignment between project tactics and strategy while navigating governance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Partners with Project Team Leads to charter teams, develop core documents, and establish timelines and budgets
• Manages project timelines and monitors team adherence to project plans, ensuring updates in the enterprise system
• Facilitates effective project meetings and manages change within a matrix environment

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of related experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of related experience, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of related experience
• 2+ years of demonstrated project management experience supporting research programs in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Strong scientific acumen and experience advancing biotechnology/pharmaceutical research programs
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience supporting partnerships, collaborations, or alliances with pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology organizations
