Research Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end operational execution on high-visibility research workstreams, the full-time Research Program Manager will manage vendor operations, budget tracking, and program infrastructure while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full vendor lifecycle, including SOW scoping, PO creation, and invoice reconciliation across multiple research vendors
• Maintain budget forecasts and burn-rate tracking, proactively flagging risks and producing status reports for leadership
• Build and maintain operational systems, including trackers and dashboards, that serve as the source of truth for researchers and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7-8+ years in program or operations management, preferably in UX research operations or a fast-paced consulting environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and dashboard creation
• Experience in vendor lifecycle management, including contract negotiation and compliance
• Familiarity with procurement systems such as Buy@ or Coupa
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
