Research Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Program Manager to join their UX Research & Insights organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to projects and programs that enable team effectiveness
• Support tool and vendor procurement processes by gathering requirements, evaluating options, and assisting in implementation
• Oversee the end-to-end OKR planning and reporting process for the research team

Required Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• 2+ years of experience in cross-functional projects or programs, preferably in research, design, or product environments
• Experience supporting team enablement efforts such as onboarding or process improvement
• Proven ability to identify and solve problems, manage timelines, and drive results
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
