Key Responsibilities

• Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to projects and programs that enable team effectiveness
• Support tool and vendor procurement processes by gathering requirements and assisting in implementation
• Oversee the end-to-end OKR planning and reporting process for the research team

Required Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• 2+ years of experience in cross-functional projects, preferably in research or design
• Experience in team enablement efforts such as onboarding and process improvement
• Proven ability to manage timelines and drive results across multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
