Research Program Manager

Job Summary

To deliver complex research projects from inception to completion, the contract Research Program Manager II will work remotely, leading multidisciplinary teams, developing project plans, and ensuring compliance with research protocols during core business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans that include experimental design, methodology, and resource allocation
• Lead and foster collaboration among multidisciplinary research teams, including scientists and technical staff
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and implement risk management strategies to ensure successful outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in managing complex research projects
• Basic knowledge of UX research methodology and project management principles
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication skills
• Experience in compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating research outcomes and identifying program expansion opportunities
