Research Program Manager

Job Summary

To support high-impact research initiatives, the remote, contract Research Program Manager IV will manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, maintain budget forecasts, and improve operational infrastructure across multiple markets and teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own vendor lifecycle management, including SOW scoping, negotiation, PO creation, and contract renewals
• Maintain accurate budget forecasts and prepare leadership-ready status reports while tracking burn rates and flagging risks
• Develop and enhance operational infrastructure, including trackers and dashboards, to support team and stakeholder needs

Required qualifications

• 7-8+ years of experience in program or operations management, preferably in UX research operations or consulting
• Proficiency in vendor lifecycle processes, including negotiations and invoice reconciliation
• Strong budget management skills, including forecasting and risk flagging
• Experience with procurement systems such as Buy@ or Coupa
• Ability to develop operational infrastructure from scratch, including intake processes and tracking systems
