Research Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing research initiative in media technology, the full-time Research Program Manager will manage multi-format media production data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design tiered access workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organizing and managing multi-format media production data, including stereoscopic and volumetric assets
• Creating sustainable storage and egress plans that align with budget and policy requirements
• Collaborating with legal, policy, operations, and production teams to manage data access effectively

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in research program management within imaging-related fields or entertainment
• Proven ability to lead programs and deliver results within a matrixed organization
• Familiarity with stereoscopic and volumetric media formats and their production pipelines
• Understanding of research organization operations, including publication cycles and external release processes
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
