Job Summary

Research Programmer Analyst is a full-time position that involves overseeing database design, providing computer systems support, and leading data flow analysis for complex projects, primarily in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of database design, development, management, and reporting for large projects
• Provide computer systems support and recommend new hardware and software for departmental improvements
• Lead data flow analysis and supervise the work of lower-level programmers on multi-programmer projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with computer course and four years of experience in computer programming or operations research
• Experience with installation and maintenance of personal computers
• Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate strong initiative
• Experience in designing and implementing software testing plans
• Ability to create and maintain user manuals and documentation of software products
