Job Summary
To support the U.S. Army's Holistic Health & Fitness initiative, the full-time Research Psychologist with Clearance will design, implement, analyze, and interpret survey-based research instruments to assess Soldier readiness and performance, ensuring scientific rigor and effective integration into analytics outputs.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and refinement of survey instruments related to behavioral, cognitive, psychosocial, and organizational factors
- Apply research and psychometric principles to ensure validity and reliability of survey measures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze survey data and translate findings into actionable insights
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Factors, Social Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, or analyzing survey-based research
- Strong understanding of research methods, psychometrics, and data interpretation
- Experience in applied research or analytics within government or military environments
- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance, with an active clearance preferred
