Research Recruiter I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Recruiter I in the USA, for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for customers based on internal product needs
• Build relationships with product teams to understand their changing needs and goals
• Collaborate with fellow recruiters to develop and execute creative strategies for finding research participants

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 1+ year of research participant recruiting experience is desired
• 3+ years' experience in some form of high volume recruiting – talent acquisition, staffing, UX, research recruiting, or related fields
• Passion for customer empathy and research is core for this role
• Familiarity with UX research or research recruitment is a plus
