Research Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary

The part-time Research Recruitment Coordinator will manage participant recruitment, logistics, and communication for user research projects in the remote digital gaming sector, ensuring smooth execution of studies while supporting the research team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying, screening, and scheduling participants for in-person and remote studies
• Coordinate study setup, manage session invites, track attendance, and ensure smooth day-of execution
• Serve as a point of contact for participants, sending confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in research coordination, project coordination, marketing operations, or administrative support
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Respondent, UserInterviews, and/or Qualtrics
• A proactive problem solver who enjoys supporting a collaborative team
• Passionate about understanding users and improving digital experiences in the iGaming space
