Research Science Community Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Science Community Manager - SQL (Part time).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between beta testers and the Product team, ensuring clear communication
• Provide technical support, including onboarding researchers and debugging SQL queries
• Synthesize researcher feedback and communicate actionable recommendations to the Product Team

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in research coordination, stakeholder relations, or program management
• Proficiency with data research technologies such as SQL and BigQuery
• Technical proficiency in SQL, including query optimizations
• Experience working with academic researchers or volunteer-led organizations
• Customer account management experience, including access management for research tools
