Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and support research on risks and risk mitigation in law enforcement practices
• Review policing reports to identify lessons learned for publication
• Support innovation lab research projects and collaborate with law enforcement agencies

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree is required
• Strong research and analytical skills, particularly in implementation science and program evaluation
• Experience with risk management or policing-related research is preferred
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities
