Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative assessment solutions and enhance existing products
• Conduct validation studies and ensure assessments meet professional standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and scale assessment solutions effectively

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a closely related field; MA-level considered with exceptional experience
• 1-2 years of experience in assessment design or implementation
• Advanced proficiency in R for data management and statistical analysis
• Deep knowledge of assessment development and psychometric methods
• Experience in managing large datasets and presenting findings to diverse audiences
