Research Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Scientist to guide intervention strategy and evaluate the impact of population health interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify analysis priorities and lead efforts to clarify strategic questions for data analysis
• Design and execute analysis projects, including statistical modeling and data integration
• Translate and communicate analysis results, developing analytic products that inspire action

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree may substitute for some experience
• Master's or PhD in health services research, mathematics/statistics, epidemiology, or related field preferred
• Experience with causal inference methods and statistical programming (e.g., SQL, R, Python, or Stata)
• Experience with healthcare data sources and navigating complex data environments
• Ability to manage research projects through the entire life cycle, from design to presentation of findings
