Job Summary

To support applied research and prototyping efforts in data-driven and machine learning initiatives, a Temporary Research Scientist will collaborate with cross-functional partners, focusing on video understanding and utilizing Python, SQL, and PyTorch, with options for remote or onsite work.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on video understanding related data processing, utilizing Python and C++
• Design and execute exploratory analyses and experiments to generate actionable insights
• Prototype, train, and evaluate machine learning models using PyTorch and develop clear technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in applied research or model development
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming structured datasets
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch for training and evaluating models
• Familiarity with modern LLM tooling and inference approaches, including vLLM
