Research Scientist

Job Summary

Analyzing and interpreting survey research results, the full-time remote Research Scientist will provide technical programming expertise using Python and SQL while collaborating with a team to execute advanced statistical modeling and data analysis for customer satisfaction studies across various industries.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced statistical modeling and data mining on survey and non-survey data
• Create and maintain scripts to clean, manipulate data, and validate model performance
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative research methods and present findings

Required qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with SAS and SPSS is a plus
• Master's degree with 2+ years of experience or Ph.D. in a quantitative field
• Advanced knowledge of statistics and/or machine learning methods (4+ years)
• Ability to work effectively in a global, team-oriented environment
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
